Update on my Dad!

Just so everyone is on the same page.....my dad gets to go home tomorrow. (which is Monday the 27) YEAH!! A week from the day he had his surgery. For those of you who don't know my dad's cancer came back. They went in on Monday to remove the tumor it was in, now the nasty tumor is gone and HOPEFULLY the cancer is too. (We will find out later.) So he is doing really well and the pictures should justify for themselves. But I want to thank everyone who has been praying for him cause it has helped him and us as his family immensely. I am so thankful for the love and support that everyone has shown my whole family.

For the actual surgery they had him on his side with his arm straight up (like he is raising his hand,) for six hours why they cut right below his shoulder blade up by his chest. they had to remove a section of rib to get to the tumor. Talk about being in alot of pain. He is up and walking today and looks so good. I am so happy that this is almost over with, my boys want to go fishing and help Papa get feeling better so fast. WE LOVE OUR PAPA!
