Cruise Fun...Finally

We have been home for two weeks (almost three) now... I was so excited to post about our cruise....then I get kicked off the lovely internet for two weeks! AAGGHH!! I hate my internet! So anyways here is my update finally! Our Cruise has come and gone, but it has made memories that will last a life time! We left last Sunday at 8:00 am. I said good bye to my kids without crying.... but I had a hard time leaving them. We stayed in Primm Nevada. then on Monday we boarded the ship..... It was huge. Words can not describe how big this ship really was!

After we got to our rooms we had to have the boat safety meeting, which they taught us how to put on our life jackets and showed us what life boat was ours. For those of you who have been on a cruise before you know how boring they really are, but we made it fun for

As you can tell they weren't the most comfortable things to wear.

After that we took our own time looking around the ship and finding our dining room. we stayed as a group cause we probably would have gotten lost. This was our room.... kind of small but that was ok cause you never spent that much time in here, just to sleep.

This is the pool that the kids would have loved, but every time we heard a child whining or crying, it made us happy that we didn't have ours here! (but we sure did miss them ALOT!)

We stayed on the 11 floor which was called the Veranda deck. This picture is showing that deck plus four more. It was amazing.

This is Jhonny from Peru, he was the one who came into our room at night and came back to the bedroom and turn down our covers every night, he also left towel animals on our bed every night too. He remember us by name and he was the nicest guy.

Then later on Monday Stephanie made me go and play a trivia game on stage.... I should have one cause I got to 400 first then the host made me sit at the side until the other two caught up, but then the other lady got the last question right... oh well I still got a medal! LOL Thanks Steph for making me go up there it was a ton of fun.

Then on Tuesday we got off the ship and went to Catalina Island....So pretty I would love to retire there someday! So as we were walking down the streets of Catalina, Stephanie saw a sign for para sailing....probably one of the craziest thing I have ever done was in Catalina and that was para sailing. They made me go first...being the one afraid of heights.

I was so not ready for this, every possible bad thought went through my head...what if the rope breaks....what it the parachute rips...just a bunch of what if's. I was fine once I got up there three hundred feet in the air! I conquered my fears and I still did it.

Of coarse Brant loved every minute of it.

Then on Wednesday we went to Ensanada Mexico, it was 90 degrees there, we went to go see the "blow Hole", but the waves were not big enough so in the

words of AC "The Blow Hole was broken" I felt kind of bad cause I wanted to see how high it shot up into the air....but oh well. The shopping was still fun.

Some Mexican that was at the restaurant we sat at in Ensanada put this hat on me trying to get me to buy something....I didn't buy anything but got a fun picture out of it

No we didn't get drunk (even though Brant looks it :) this is just how goofy Brant really is and it shows how much fun we had together.

Every night that we went to bed, Jhonny would always have our covers turned down and they made animals out of towels we had....

and a Monkey. I always looked forward to going to bed to see what animal was there that night.

On Thursday we had a fun day at sea, which consisted of lying by the pool....

a little gambling....

alot of eating yummy food......

and just having fun together.

These two in the picture with us are our waiters all week long. Mr. "G" and Mr. "I" That is what they told us to call them cause they knew we could never pronounce their names or even remember them.

Friday we got of the ship first thing that morning and we went to Knottsbury Farm. Ok here is some WORDS OF WISDOM for ya all....

DO NOT GO...AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO AN AMUSEMENT PARK WHEN YOU JUST OF A WEEK LONG CRUISE!

We were all sick from rockin cause of the ship lag and the fast rides. That was the dumbest thing we did,but we still had fun. Luckily we just drove to Primm Nevada and stayed there again. We all went to bed as soon as we got there. then we drove home all day on Saturday and got home at midnight, and Sunday morning we went to get the kids at my moms house and I loved that part case they all came running to us wth hugs and kisses and that made coming home for me the greatest.

I am sure that I have left out alot of details too, but you got the important and fun parts to our vacation!
